Hello to all my dear friends here in the hive. How are you? I hope and pray that each of us is healthy and happy in life.

Today I want to share with you the simplest snack recipe. Here in the province where I live there are a lot of bananas. Usually, this is our snack every day and sometimes instead of eating rice we just eat bananas. And of course today I have a raw banana. And I will cook banana chips to be different from our daily snacks which are boiled bananas and banana cue. And I also thought that these banana chips are better to eat while watching t.v and it is healthy compared to junk foods that we bought at the store and of course it saves money.

Let's go back to the banana chips that I will share with you. The first thing to do is gather all the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

CALAMANSI
SUGAR

So, now the ingredients are complete.

Cut the calamansi and use a strainer and squeeze it directly into the water. We will use calamansi because it makes our banana chips crispier.

Then add the sugar and stir until it dissolves. Keep it aside.

Start peeling the banana.

Slice it thinly.

And after slicing it, put it in water mixed with calamansi and sugar.

And of course, let's start cooking.

In a clean pan put cooking oil and heat it. And when the cooking oil is hot, immediately add the banana.

And mix and don't let it stick together.

And if it slightly changes color it is cooked. And serve.
