Ingredientes.
100 g de leche en polvo.
2 cucharadas de mantequilla.
1 media cucharada de harina de trigo.
1 cebolla mediana.
Pimienta negra molida al gusto.
una pizca de sal.
medio cubito de caldo de pollo.
Ingredients.
100 g of powdered milk.
2 butter spoons.
1 half tablespoon of wheat flour.
1 medium onion.
Ground black pepper to taste
a pinch of salt.
half a cube of chicken broth.
Lo primero es agregar 350 ml de agua potable en la licuadora, picamos la cebolla en 4 partes y se la añadimos al agua.
The first thing is to add 350 ml of drinking water in the blender, we chop the onion into 4 parts and add it to the water.
agregamos la leche en polvo y dejamos licuar durante 2 minutos para lograr integrar bien la cebolla y la leche.
Add the powdered milk and let it blend for 2 minutes to achieve a good integration of the onion and the milk.
una vez este licuado, agregamos la harina de trigo, una pizca de sal y dejamos licuando por un minuto.
Asi tendriamos lito esta parte.

Ahora en una olla caliente, agregamos las dos cucharadas de mantequilla y dejamos que se derrita.
Now in a hot pot, add the two tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
Derretida la mantequilla, procedemos a agregarle pimienta al gusto, (a mi me gusta echarle lo suficiente para que el sabor de la pimienta resalte en la salsa)
Melted the butter, we proceed to add pepper to taste, (I like to add enough so that the flavor of the pepper stands out in the sauce)
Agregamos la mezcla previamente licuada a la mantequilla derretida y mezclamos con un batidor continuamente a fuego bajo, hasta lograr que espese.
Add the previously liquefied mixture to the melted butter and mix with a whisk continuously over low heat, until it thickens.
En este punto apagamos y dejamos reposar por 5 minutos y ya tendríamos lista la salsa o crema, como quieran llamarle.
At this point we turn off and let it rest for 5 minutes and we would have the sauce or cream ready, whatever you want to call it.
En mi hogar esta es una de nuestras salsas favoritas, la mayoría de las veces acompañamos con una pasta, pero créanme que puedes usarla para muchas otras comidas, como panes, empanadas, en un pasticho, en una arepa, etc. Es lo máximo, espero intenten hacerla.
