Hola amigos de #foodiesbeehive, espero que tengan una feliz tarde, les comento que decidí preparar una merengada de cambur y me dije"¿por que no subirla a hive?", es algo sencillo y muy alto en potasio, el cual estoy seguro que le gusta a mucha gente.

Hello friends of #foodiesbeehive, I hope you have a happy afternoon, I tell you that I decided to prepare a banana meringue and I said to myself "why not upload it to hive?", It is something simple and very high in potassium, which I am sure that many people like it.

Ingredientes:

• 3 Cucharadas de Azucar.
• 4 Cucharadas de leche en polvo.
• 5 cambures (bananos)
• canela en palo.
• 800 ml de agua.

Ingredients:

• 3 spoonfuls of sugar.
• 4 tablespoons of powdered milk.
• 5 cambures (bananas)
• cinnamon stick
• 800 ml of water.

Agregamos nuestros cambures a una licuadora con el agua y licuamos muy bien durante 20 segundos.

We add our bananas to a blender with the water and blend very well for 20 seconds.

Una vez licuados nuestro cambures, añadimos la leche en polvo y volvemos a licuar, luego de esto agregamos el azúcar y dejamos licuando lo suficiente para que esta se disuelva completamente.
Para los amantes (como yo) del granizado, agregamos hielo en cubitos para proceder a licuar por ultima vez hasta lograr una merengada bien rica y refrescante.

Once our bananas are blended, we add the powdered milk and liquefy again, after that we add the sugar and leave it blended enough so that it dissolves completely.
For lovers (like me) of granita, we add cubed ice to proceed to blend for the last time until we achieve a very rich and refreshing meringue.

Servimos y colocamos un topping de canela en palo, les prometo que le encantara, así que invito a cada uno de ustedes a preparar y disfrutar de esta bebida.

We serve and place a cinnamon stick topping, I promise you will love it, so I invite each of you to prepare and enjoy this drink.
