HOLA AMIGOS DE HIVE /HELLO FRIENDS OF HIVE


Buen día amigos de @foodiesbeehive hoy les traigo mi primer post de comida sencilla de preparar y a toda la familia le encanta, se trata de un pollo rebosado que sobró de un compartir en familia, este viene siendo la pechuga recalentada del mismo. Esta es una buena idea para el momento en que llegas a casa tarde y no tenias nada organizado para el almuerzo, es saludable siempre y cuando se encuentre en una buena refrigeración. Los ingredientes que utilice para este rica salsa Alfredo fueron los siguientes.


Good morning friends of @foodiesbeehive today I bring you my first post of easy food to prepare and the whole family loves it, it is a chicken overflow that was left over from sharing with the family, this is the reheated breast of it. This is a good idea for the time you get home late and didn't have anything organized for lunch, it's healthy as long as it's well refrigerated. The ingredients I used for this rich Alfredo sauce were the following.


INGREDIENTES

INGREDIENTS:




1 Pechuga Rebosada.
2 Cebollas Medianas.
Aceite Oliva.
Crema de Leche.
Sal
Pimienta

1 Breaded Chicken Breast.
2 Medium Onions.
Olive oil.
Milk cream.
Salt
Pepper

PASO A PASO / STEP BY STEP.

Primeramente en una sarten coloque el aceite de oliva a fuego medio conjuntamente con la cebolla cortada en juliana


First, in a pan, place the olive oil over medium heat together with the julienned onion

Una vez la cebolla cristalizada le coloque el pollo cortado en pequeños trozos y lo saltie por 5 minutos.


Once the onion crystallized, place the chicken cut into small pieces and sauté for 5 minutes

Pasados los 5 minutos agregue la Crema de leche o crema hecha en casa y por ultimo agregué sal y pimienta al gusto. Deje cocinar Por unos 8 minutos mas a fuego lento.

After 5 minutes add the cream or homemade cream and finally I added salt and pepper to taste. Let cook for about 8 more minutes over low heat.


Esta rica salsa Alfredo la disfrutamos en familia con una pasta linguini al dente.

This rich Alfredo sauce is enjoyed as a family with al dente linguine pasta.
