Today is Sunday an ideal day to enjoy with the family, so I will prepare a delicious fried rice with three meats (chicken, pork and shrimp).
Hoy es domingo un día ideal para disfrutar en familia, por ello prepararé un delicioso arroz frito con tres carnes( pollo, cerdo y camarones).
First we cook two cups of rice in 4 cups of water until dry.
Primero cocinamos dos tazas de arroz en 4 de agua hasta que seque.
Next, we cut the chicken and pork into small pieces, season with salt, pepper and curry, and fry in a little oil.
Seguidamente, cortamos el pollo y cerdo en pedazos pequeños, condimentamos con sal, pimienta y curry, sofreímos en un poco de aceite.
Next, we finely cut onion, peppers, green beans, spring onion and add to the already fried meat, let it wilt.
Seguidamente, cortamos finamente cebolla, ajíes, vainitas ,cebolleta y agregamos en las carnes ya sofritas, dejamos marchitar.
We add, cut cabbage and shrimp previously peeled and cut.
Agregamos, repollo cortado y los camarones previamente pelados y cortados.
Finally, we add the rice and mix... it's time to serve and enjoy...
Finalmente, adicionamos el arroz y mezclamos… es hora de servir y disfrutar…
