Tequeños are a delicious Venezuelan snack, which in its most traditional form, consists of rolling Creole white cheese sticks in wheat flour dough, which are deep fried in hot oil, resulting in delicious, crunchy and Tequeños dorados, this recipe is very simple, easy and inexpensive, it can also be said that this dish is a gastronomic institution in all Venezuelan festivals and celebrations, since it is always present as one of the paspalos.
Los tequeños, son un delicioso snack venezolano, el cual en su forma más tradicional, consiste en enrollar palitos de queso blanco criollo en masa de harina de trigo, los cuales llevan una fritura profunda en aceite caliente, dando como resultado unos deliciosos, crujientes y dorados tequeños, esta receta es muy sencilla, fácil y económica, además se puede decir que este platillo es una institución gastronómica en todas las fiestas y celebraciones venezolanas, ya que siempre está presente como uno de los páspalos.

Tequeños should be a source of national pride for all Venezuelans, and it is undeniable that they come from our country, since their name says TEQUEÑOS, who are from LOS TEQUES. This preparation is a classic present not only at parties, since previously it was possible to get them in school canteens and fast food stalls. The step by step is fine, although it would have been ideal to have more photos of the preparation of the dough, in order to make a complete tutorial for those who do not know this delicacy. Los tequeños deben ser motivo de orgullo nacional para todos los venezolanos, y es innegable que provienen de nuestro país, ya que su nombre lo dice TEQUEÑOS, que son de LOS TEQUES. Esta preparación es todo un clásico presente no solo en fiestas, ya que con anterioridad era posible conseguirlos en las cantinas escolares y en los puestos de comida rápida. Está bien el paso a paso, aunque hubiese sido ideal tener más foticos de la preparación de la masa, para así hacer un tutorial completo para quienes desconozcan esta delicia. Un gran saludo.
