Do you know how to recognize if a fish is fresh or not ?
I am not that expert but whenever I wish to buy i take one of my close friend with me as he is an expert. He has been in Fish business recently. I am trying to learn from him.

Hopefully, you will not need him anymore - the eyes should tell it all - if not, then look at the gills.
