Oh yes different cheeses can be used. I should have taken a picture after I pulled it out of the oven the second time but I had some anxious hungry onlookers, hehe. Also different kinds can be made. All cheese, chicken, and yes all veggie ones.
It's a bummer their pricey there, you can do a whole lot with them. They can be fried and used in an assortment of desserts as well.
