I was starting to feel a bit hungry today at about 5pm Toronto, Canada time. And I thought what I wanted to eat at dinner, since I am home alone tonight. My wife is off on her business trip, and kids are at work, or hanging out with other friends.
So I decided to make me this:
A fresh mozzarella ball with spicy Portuguese sausage. It was delicious. And I am full. The bread filled me up. That picture above is before I put it into the oven, now have a look after i took it out of the oven.
Just look at how it melted. And the spicy sausage was real good, could of been a little more spicy but I enjoyed it. And it was a buon appetito for me. And no I don't have a picture of myself eating that delicious fresh mozzarella ball.
Now time to eat. Enjoy everyone!
