Mushroom Recipe With Spinach

in Foodies Bee Hive3 years ago (edited)

Happy Sunday to all beautiful people and food lovers.

Taking the chance again to share my edible mushrooms recipe. Another way how to survive the pandemic. This is one of the many advantages of living in the mountain. All edibles inside the forest are greatly sustainable to the indigenous people.

Ready to serve and enjoy eating your meal!

This kind of mushroom which we found on the trunk of the tree is edible. The indigenous people considered it as one of the many kinds of mushrooms. I don't know it specifically but I only attest that it is extremely delicious and the aroma of being natural is perfect. I was born in the mountain too but we didn't eat this kind until I worked here. Our school location is on the hillside of the rain forest. I worked and enjoy my life in the wilderness.

That's all and I hope you enjoy my food/recipe today. Stay tune! More interesting topic about indigenous food, tradition and culture here.
