Oooh my it was an adventure for sure! I have tried multiple types of flour and different types of water so after so many attempts I am proud to say that I make a very good sourdough bread now and I stopped eating bread from the store since the beginning of this year. I feel the difference in my health, mood and skin. It will take you a while to get the hang of it but I think you will love the process Vincent!

Sounds lovely and I have no doubt that it will affect your physical and mental health.
Will have to put it on my list for the future/ my future house though ( for once I've got an oven, again ).
