Today was my birthday and i had the pleasure of going out to lunch with my wife. We went to a French restaurant called Paul.
She ordered the mushroom risotto with pumpkin soup and hot tea.
I ordered the Smoked salmon sandwich with coffee. I always like to pull apart sandwiches and eat them like as open sandwich. In Taiwan, this is so bizarre i get stared at. But it’s much better. The flavor isn’t smothered by bread.
We shared everything, of course. We also had fish and chips as an appetizer. However, it wasn’t cod. It was dory, not nemos friend. But the real fish. It was the most delicious and moist fish ever.
