Trying to eat more whole food!

Hallo! Its been quite a while since I have been posting here. My life have changed a bit since, so I have way more energy to be creative and honestly just make good tasting food and more varied. So I will hopefully use this account more going forward, might only in the weekend though ^^


Today I am eating frozen greens with Chickpeas. Very simple, but I blended the chickpeas ^^

So this is the interesting bit. Its blended Chickpeas with a Pepper and Spinich! I also added a little bit of Mayo and salt + pepper!
