I made this when I was at my parents and I just needed to something "easy" :D
This is a Tofu Lasagna and I 100% forget to take a picture of the "pasta" sauce I used which is just a store bought one and nothing fancy.
But first you mash up the Tofu and add spices of your choice.
And then you assemble your lasagna as you would normally do!
I did add some chesse in the middle which was pretty good ;)
