Yey! Don't missed this afternoon snacks ready on your table. If you have banana, sugar and oil, there you have it you can already get the move and groove. Don't be bored have a board with this sweet caramelized banana cue. Its so simple to prepare and a satisfying snacks.

After doing some chores in the morning, I felt exhausted and got some afternoon nap. When I woke up, I remembered that our generous neighbor gave a bunch of bananas yesterday. This was came from his trip from Dumanjog, his birthplace. So, I've got an idea to prepare an afternoon snacks and pop up on my mind the simplest way of cooking this banana - sweet caramelized banana cue.
Others may eat them raw but to add some excitement on the afternoon snacks I prefer to make a banana cue. Banana cue came from the word banana and barbecue, although these are not cooked just like barbecue, maybe it's gotten its name from bamboo skewers or sticks to be used on barbecue that's why it's called banana cue. hehe Though, it's not necessary that you have to put the banana on a bamboo skewers, you can eat the banana cue with your hands or utensils you have.

INGREDIENTS:
10 pcs. banana (saba banana)
1/2 cup brown sugar
oil
Preparation:
prepare the ingredients. I sliced the banana into half.

Heat the pan, then add enough oil. Then, pour the sugar in a medium heat and wait for it to caramelized.

When it caramelized, add the sliced banana and mix it well so that the all bananas will be coated by the caramelized sugar.

Transfer to a plate and its ready to serve and eat.

I only use fork for this, because we don't have bamboo skewers.
