2 Berengenas medianas.
3 Ajos.
Sal al gusto.
Vinagre cantidad necesaria.
Aceite cantidad necesaria.
Ingredients:
2 medium aubergines.
3 Garlic.
Salt to taste.
Vinegar required amount.
Oil required quantity.
preparation:
We place the aubergines to roast on the stove in the kitchen.
Once cooked, we peel it and put it in the blender.
We add the garlic cloves, previously peeled.
We add salt to taste.
We add a touch of vinegar.
Add the oil and blend little by little, if necessary add more, until the cream-like mixture is thick.
