Yes, I know sushi making is an art. I've even heard that chefs in Japanese restaurants spend years learning how to cook sushi rice. But for me, this was a dinner with friends, and I wanted to offer them something unusual and good. And they were very impressed, which makes me very happy ☺️
As I wrote in my post, I've made sushi a few times and each time it's geting easier and quicker for me. Don't worry, I'll keep cooking and if the dish will be acceptable, I'll share my recipes with you.
