Strawberries with cream, homemade easy 🍓

• 4 yemas de huevo o 240grs.
• 2 tazas de azúcar o 230 gr de azúcar blanca
• Jugo de limón
• 1 taza de agua

• 4 egg yolks or 240 g.
• 2 cups sugar or 230 g. white sugar
• Lemon juice
• 1 taza de agua

Preparación | Recipe Prep

Se coloca en una olla a fuego medio las 2 tazas de azúcar con 1 taza de agua. Sin remover se deja calentar sin dejar caramelizar. Cuando haga burbujas grandes apagar.

Place in a saucepan over medium heat the 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water. Without stirring, let it heat without letting it caramelize. When it makes big bubbles turn off.

Colocar en un bol redondo las yemas de huevo y batir a toda velocidad hasta que tengas una mezcla homogénea. Sin parar de batir agregar en forma de hilo la mezcla de la olla y seguir batiendo hasta que se incorpore todo. Cuando esté la mezcla un poco fría agregar medio zumo de limón grande y batir hasta que observes que la mezcla no se derrama. En este paso hay que tener paciencia.

Place the egg yolks in a round bowl and beat at full speed until you have a homogeneous mixture. Without stopping beating, add the mixture from the pot and continue beating until everything is incorporated. When the mixture is a little cool add half a large lemon juice and beat until you observe that the mixture does not spill. In this step it is necessary to be patient.

Utilicé fresas y moras, también syrop de chocolate y de fresa para decorar. Fui agregando una capa de fresas y mora picaditas y luego una de crema hasta llegar a la parte superior del vaso y luego agregué el syrop de preferencia.

I used strawberries and blackberries, also chocolate and strawberry syrop to decorate. I added a layer of chopped strawberries and blackberries and then a layer of cream until I reached the top of the glass and then I added the syrop of choice.
