El apio es una hortaliza con un alto contenido en vitaminas A y C, es un alimento con bajo contenido energético, su consumo es saludable y se puede comer crudo o cocido, con uso variable, para hacer ensaladas, guisos, sopas, caldos, cremas.

Zanahoria
Cilantro
Sal y queso al gusto

Preparación| Preparation
Primero colocamos una olla con agua y una pizca de sal a hervir a fuego lento, después de pelar y lavar las verduras, cortamos en trozos grandes, dejamos cocer hasta que se ablanden.

Por último, agregamos cilantro picado, sal al gusto, reposamos unos minutos y agregamos la mezcla en la licuadora hasta crear una mezcla espesa, y ya esta lista para servir y disfrutar, agrega el adicional que quieras, en mi caso un poco de queso y una hoja de cilantro para decorar.
