One of the sandwiches that I really like here at Superluna cafe is the grill cheese sandwich. It's a Sourdough sandwich that has 4 types of cheeses in it and it comes with just the right amount of cheese and bread ratio.
It's called FunkyTown 4 Cheese because one of the cheeses being used is gorgonzola blue cheese which os funky, creamy, and has an alcohol sort of flavor to it.
Another element that makes it funky is a kimchi spread on the toast which is simply blended up kimchi making it into a spread.
The other 3 cheeses used are emmental or gouda depending on which is in stock, pecorino which is a hard cheese made from sheep's milk, and a slice of aged sharp cheddar.
The sandwich is buttered on both sides and then pressed in a panani machine to be toasted and for the cheese to melt. The bread is Crispy and crusty and the cheese ooey and gooey making it one of the best sandwiches on the menu. Definitely one of my favorite sandwiches to make and also to eat.
Lactose intolerant people are writhing in anguish. FOMO is real.

It looks so delicious. I wonder if a vendor in our area selling this kind of dish as it looks so yummy. Not a fan of cheese, but I want to give it a try haha.
