[Esp/Eng] Sopa de costillas de res y osobuco /Beef rib and ossobuco soup

Hola amigos de esta linda comúnidad #foodies, feliz inicio de semana para todos con la bendición de Dios, hoy comparto con ustedes mi almuerzo de ayer Domingo, una riquísima sopa de costillas de res y osobuco.

Ingredientes

✓ 1kilo de costillas de res
✓ 1kilo de osobuco
✓ 3 Plátanos verdes
✓ 3 Mazorcas
✓ 5 Topochos
✓ 1 kilo de yuca
✓ 2 cubitos de caldo de pollo
✓ 3 dientes de ajos
✓ Un manojo de celery, cebollín y cilantro.
✓ Comino y sal al gusto

Hello friends of this beautiful community #foodies, happy start to the week for all with the blessing of God, today I share with you my lunch yesterday Sunday, a delicious soup of beef ribs and ossobuco.

Ingredients

✓ 1kilo of beef ribs
✓ 1kg of ossobuco
✓ 3 Green bananas
✓ 3 Cobs
✓ 5 Topochos
✓ 1 kilo of cassava
✓ 2 chicken bouillon cubes
✓ 3 garlic cloves
✓ A bunch of celery, chives and coriander.
✓ Cumin and salt to taste

Preparación

  • En una olla grande con agua colocamos las costillas de res, el osobuco, las mazorcas, sal al gusto, una parte del celery, cebollín, cilantro, revolvemos y tapamos.

  • Dejamos hervir hasta que ablanden las costillas de res y el osobuco, mientras picamos el resto de las verduras.

Preparation

  • In a large pot with water, place the beef ribs, the ossobuco, the ears, salt to taste, a part of the celery, chives, coriander, stir and cover.
  • Let boil until the beef ribs and ossobuco soften, while we chop the rest of the vegetables.

  • Pasado el tiempo agregamos los plátanos, otra parte del celery, cebollín, cilantro, los ajos machacados, los cubitos de caldo de pollo, comino y dejamos cocinar por unos 30mn más.

  • Luego agregamos la yuca y los topochos y dejamos cocinar.

  • Ya cocida la yuca y los topochos, agregamos lo que queda del celery, cebollín, cilantro y listo.

    • After time we add the bananas, another part of the celery, chives, coriander, the crushed garlic, the chicken bouillon cubes, cumin and let it cook for about 30mn more.
  • Then we add the yucca and the topoos and let it cook.
  • Once the yucca and the topochos are cooked, we add the rest of the celery, chives, coriander and that's it.

Así de delicioso quedo esta sopa, plato
que no falta en la mesa venezolana sobre todo un domingo para compartir en familia.

This is how delicious this soup was, plate
that is not missing in the Venezuelan table especially a Sunday to share with the family.
