Stewed pasta with vegetables // Step by step

Again with a delicious, highly nutritious recipe.

This is a very simple, delicious and very nutritious dish, the vegetables provide many benefits to our organism that is why they are necessary in our food plan. Vegetables contain minerals, fiber and vitamins.


Ingredients

  • 500 g of pasta

  • A zucchini

  • An aubergine

  • 8 Pods

  • 1 carrot

  • An onion

  • A paprika

  • 6 sweet peppers

  • Natural turmeric

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • Parsley

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preparation


FOR THE PASTA:

  • In a pot heat water to a boil
  • Add the feathers and add salt and oil and let it cook until it is al dente.
  • Drain in a place and put a little oil so they don't stick.




  • Wash and chop the onion and paprika into small squares and peel and crush the garlic

  • In a frying pan add the two spoonfuls of oil and fry the onion and paprika already chopped, then add the 3 crushed garlic cloves.


  • Wash and chop the zucchini, aubergine and pods into squares.


  • Add the aubergine, zucchini and vanilla and stir-fry, then cover and add a cup of boiled water


  • Grate the carrot, add and mix.




  • Then add the grated turmeric, stir and let it cook well covered.



  • Add the chopped scallion and let it cook for 3 minutes and then turn off the fire.
  • Ready the vegetable sauce, add the pasta already parboiled and stir.
  • Then add the chopped parsley.



  • Ready and tasting this delicious dish.

  • You can serve it with cheese, with chicken, meat and some smoked chops.
