This is a typical Acehnese recipe. The ingredients used for this menu are grated coconut and other herbs and spices as a mixture of eggs. Ingredients needed:

5 tablespoons grated coconut
30 cayenne peppers (to taste)
3 cloves shallots
3 cloves garlic
8-10 pieces of Asam sunti (dried starfruit)
1/2 segment turmeric
4 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 finger segments lemongrass
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking oil for frying
How to make:
First: prepare the spices. Peel the onions, peel the turmeric, remove the chili stems and roughly chop the lemongrass. Wash all the spices

Fry over low heat until cooked perfectly. Let it brown slightly, turn it over and fry it again until the other side is also brown. Remove and drain. Do the same until the dough runs out
