Hi all. Today I want to share my story of cooking grilled fish today. At 09.35 WIB I went to the market with my wife to buy fish there. When we arrived at the market, we chose fish and told the seller to cut the fish into small pieces. After we finished buying fish, we bought the grilled fish seasoning at the market as well. Then we returned home. When we got home, we cleaned the fish using clean water and also added salt and lime.
Ingredients
2 cleaned fish (salted + oranges)
Ground spices
5 cloves of red onion
1.5 cm turmeric
Chili (according to taste, me: no chili)
to taste Sweet soy sauce
Salt to taste)
Step
Fish that have been cleaned do not forget to give an incision so that the spices seep inside.
Saute onion, garlic and turmeric until fragrant.
After fragrant, add soy sauce, and salt, taste correction.
After the taste is just right, reduce the heat of the stove (very low), add the fish and stir until the spices are well blended.. Cover the fish for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, cover and cook over low heat.
After cooking, the fish is ready to serve.
After finishing doing grilled fish at home. It was time for lunch and I also enjoyed having lunch with my family at home.
