Hola mi querida y apreciada colmena un fuerte abrazo para todos espero estén bien lleno de mucha salud que es lo primordial. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unos Ricos Perros caliente hecho en casa para disfrutar en familia.
Hello my dear and appreciated beehive, a big hug for all I hope you are well full of great health which is the main thing. Today I want to share with you some delicious homemade hot dogs to enjoy as a family.
Ingredientes
- Pan.
- Salchichas.
- Salsa de tomate.
- Mayonesa.
- Papitas.
- Repollos.
Ingredients:
- Bread.
- Sausages.
- Ketchup.
- Mayonnaise.
- Chips.
- Cabbages.
1er paso: Lo primero que haremos es picar el repollo lavarlo bien y pasarlo por agua caliente con un toque de vinagre, y luego lo ponemos a escurrir.
1st step: The first thing we will do is chop the cabbage, wash it well and pass it through hot water with a touch of vinegar, and then we put it to drain.
2do paso: Seguidamente colocamos nuestras salchichas a hervir, cortamos los panes a la mitad y lo ponemos encima de nuestras salchichas con una parrilla para que el pan se ponga suave con ese vapor.
2nd step: Then we put our sausages to boil, cut the loaves in half and put it on top of our sausages with a grill so that the bread becomes soft with that steam.
3er paso: Luego comenzamos armar nuestro perros calientes comenzamos agregándole las salsas, después las salchichas, juntos al repollo, las papitas y más salsas. Y listo para degustar buen provecho mis amigos.
3rd step: Then we begin to assemble our hot dogs, we begin by adding the sauces, then the sausages, together with the cabbage, the chips and more sauces. And ready to enjoy a good meal, my friends.
