Feliz noche amigos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la receta de estos cupcakes de chocolate, relleno con crema pastelera y decorado con un poco de crema chantilly y una fresa.

Good night friends. Today I want to share with you the recipe for these chocolate cupcakes, filled with pastry cream and decorated with a little whipped cream and a strawberry.

Para hacer los cupcakes necesitamos:

  • 3 huevos.
  • 1 1/2 tazas de harina de trigo.
  • 1/2 taza de cacao en polvo.
  • 1 taza de azúcar.
  • 1/2 taza de mantequilla.
  • 1/2 taza de agua.

To make the cupcakes we need:

  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour.
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder.
  • 1 cup of sugar.
  • 1/2 cup of butter.
  • 1/2 cup of water.

Vamos a comenzar batiendo la mantequilla y la azúcar. Hasta que la mantequilla esté más clara.

We are going to start by beating the butter and sugar. Until the butter is lighter.

Ahora vamos a colocar las yemas a nuestra mantequilla.

Now we are going to add the yolks to our butter.

En un envase vamos a colocar la harina y el cacao.

In a container we are going to place the flour and cocoa.

Vamos a pasar estos ingredientes por el colador y agregarlo a nuestra mezcla.

We are going to pass these ingredients through the strainer and add it to our mix.

En esta mezcla utilice agua. Y antes de agregarla la caliento un poco.

In this mixture use water. And before adding it I warm it up a little.

Ahora vamos a agregar las claras. Que las batimos y obtuvimos un merengue esto hará que tengamos unos cupcakes más esponjosos.

Now we are going to add the whites. That we beat them and we got a meringue, this will make us have fluffier cupcakes.

Aquí ya tenemos la mezcla lista y la vamos a colocar en nuestro molde. Con esta mezcla pueden salir 12 cupcakes.

Here we have the mixture ready and we are going to place it in our mold. With this mixture, 12 cupcakes can come out.

Cuando nuestros cupcakes le vamos a sacar el centro para poder rellenarlos con la crema pastelera.

When our cupcakes we are going to remove the center to be able to fill them with the pastry cream.

Para rellenar nuestros cupcakes vamos a usar una crema pastelera de vainilla. Que quede bastante firme.

To fill our cupcakes we are going to use a vanilla pastry cream. Make it quite firm.

Aquí pueden ver cómo rellene el cupcake y lo firme que se ve la crema pastelera.

Ahora con un poco de crema chantilly vamos a decorar la parte superior.

Y así quedan nuestros cupcakes también colocamos fresa y una hoja de hierbabuena.
