Hello, friends especially foodies!
Lately I tried one of the viral chocolate soft ice cream. Viral because when I passed through the stall, it is always full with customers, then the stall itself is a chocolate specialist store, so could you imagine that they surely use the real chocolate for the ice cream. So, with the curiousity I came to the store, alone!
Luckily that day, not many customers were there so I only waited for a customer or two to get my ice cream ready to served. There, we needed to pay for the ice cream first before they made the ice cream for us.
As you could see they sold chocolate bars there with many choices, such as cookies and cream, strawberry yogurt, milk macadamia nut, milk almond crunchy, dark cranberry, pistachio and almond nut, milk marshmellow with fruit loops, chunky nougat, and milk hazelnut. For the cookies, they had cookie dough original chunky, cookie dough biscoff chunky, pistachio cookie, signature molten, matcha white chocolate, triple chocolate chip, double chocolate chip and chocolate chip.
They also got some chocolate gift, or some other kinda chocolate bars in packages.
When my chocolate ice cream prepared, I watched all the process. First, the waitress put the top of the cone in chocolate then put it in the peanut. Then she put on the chocolate soft ice cream there. After that she put on the caramelized biscuit candy there and last put on the liquid chocolate there.
The ice cream was really soft and smooth plus you could taste the real chocolate there. It tasted medium sweet. The caramelized candy biscuit were crunchy and caramelized sweet. The cone was crunchy and not easily broken by the ice cream. Overall the ice cream was tasty.
No wonder many craved for more!
