How are you today? I have new recipe to share with you guys.
My body is the type that gets fat easily. So, I often go on diets if I think I'm gaining weight. This menu really helps me in my diet. Usually I don't eat rice at all when I'm on a diet. I only eat chicken, vegetables and fruit. But I still don't like it when the vegetables are tasteless. that's why i often cook capcay, Because it's delicious. You guys can also try it, it really helps. Here we go!
CAPCAY TOPPED WITH CHICKEN AND MEETBALLS
The Ingredients :
Vegetables ( Carrots, Mustard, bean we
call this buncis here, spring onion)Chicken and meetballs
Cooking oil / Margarine
Salt and flavoring
Pepper ( we can also use black pepper )
A bit chilli
Cornstarch
2 cloves garlic
STEPS BY STEPS :
Cut vegetables,red chilli, chicken and meatballs.
Then wash it.Heat the margarine or coocking oil
Add the crushed garlic
Add the Chicken, meetballs and red
chilli.Stir well then add the vegetables
Add a little bit water
Add salt, flavoring, and pepper.
Mix well until the vegetables are
tender enough, then add the thawed
cornstarchStir well and then turn off the stove
- Serve on a plate
The cooking method is easy and doesn't take a long time. It tastes good and is also highly nutritious. Actually I could have bought this food from outside, but sometimes they overcook the vegetables. Sometimes the taste also doesn't suit my tongue, so I prefer to cook it myself. I really recommend this menu to you. I suggest you to try it, for sure you will like this.
