Delicious meatballs called BAKSO

Tomorrow has started to enter the month of Ramadan. For us Muslims, this is a special month. And that means from tomorrow until the next month, we will fast. Therefore, Me and my office colleagues decided to have a meal together. And the menu we choose is Bakso. Incidentally, one of us, has a Bakso stall. So we decided to order food from the shop. For those of you who don't know what Bakso is, I will explain a little about this.

Bakso or meetballs are generally made from a mixture of ground beef and tapioca flour, but there are also meatballs made from chicken, fish, or shrimp and even buffalo meat. In its presentation, meatballs are generally served hot with clear beef broth, mixed with noodles, vermicelli, bean sprouts, tofu, sometimes eggs then sprinkled with fried onions and celery. Bakso is very popular and can be found all over Indonesia; from small stalls or large restaurants. The price is also cheap. Even though the price is cheap but the taste is still delicious. Meatballs also have various variants. There are small and large meatballs. Usually the large ones are filled with eggs or veal veins.

Usually the meatball soup is mixed with chili sauce and sweet soy sauce, according to our tastes. If you like it spicy, you can add lots of chili sauce. But, if you don't like it spicy or for small children, then don't add the chili sauce. For me, I really like to eat very spicy meatballs. But, since I have a problem with my lamb, I prefer to avoid the chili sauce.
