Tofu mixed with mushrooms

How was your weekend?
Today is the first day of Ramadan, that means today is the first day for us Muslims to fast. At first I thought it would be hard for me to fast on the first day because of my stomach disease. But, fortunately I can live it well, hopefully I can fast without problems for up to a month. Even though I'm fasting, I still want to share content about cooking. This time I want to share the recipe for stir-fried mushrooms and tofu. This is a very simple and easy menu to make. I hope you will like the recipe I'm about to share with you. Alright, let's get started!
- Tofu (I use yellow tofu)
- Mushrooms
- Chilli
- Leek
- Garlic
- Shallot
- Salt
- Powdered broth
- Sugar
- Cooking oil
- Cut all the ingredients according to taste or you can follow mine
- Heat the oil then fry the tofu until cooked
- Saute the chopped spices until fragrant
Add mushrooms and fried tofu and mix well
Add a little water then add the spices
Stir well until the spices are absorbed
- Serve on a plate
