These are chicken meats. There is about two and a half kilos of chicken here. I bought solid meat for homemade biryani from the market today. After buying the meats, I washed them well with water and then put yoghurt on them for about 30 minutes, because if you put yoghurt in them, the meat stays soft.

Son carnes de pollo. Aquí hay unos dos kilos y medio de pollo. Compré carne sólida para biryani casero en el mercado hoy. Después de comprar las carnes, las lavo bien con agua y luego les pongo yogur unos 30 minutos, porque si les pones yogur la carne se queda blanda.


Then I did the rest of the work in these 30 minutes as I peeled some onion, garlic, potato and ginger at this time. Then I first put the dried chilli, cumin, moris, cloves, some cinnamon and ginger in a mixer and paste. I also paste the onions and garlic in a mixer. Then I lightly fried the potatoes in a pan and I simply cut and fried some more onions to give the biryani time.

This time I spread all the pasted spices on the curdled meat and added some salt to it. Then I put it in the pan and put it in the oven to cook the meat a little. Then while cooking the meats, I fried some basmati rice in a separate pan with ghee. Basmati rice has a beautiful aroma that makes the biryani sweet. The funny thing here is that I picked up a few pieces of the meat and ate it. In fact, meat is my favorite, so I can't control the meat a lot of the time. However, when the meat was cooked, I took the meat from there and put it in a pot with basmati rice and fried potatoes and onions. Then when all the meat was put in the pot, I closed the mouth of the pot with an inn and mixed a little flour with water and glued it to the pot so that the air would not come out. Because the hot steam inside is not really good for biryani. Then I put it in the oven for a while to complete the biryani. When the biryani is done, turn off the stove and pour some biryani meat from the pot into a big bowl with meat to eat. I made it in a simple homemade way with a few ingredients.

Esta vez esparcí todas las especias pegadas sobre la carne cuajada y le agregué un poco de sal. Luego lo meto en la sartén y lo meto en el horno para cocinar un poco la carne. The ingredients I used to make the biryani are-

1. Basmati rice is about 600-700 grams.

2. About 2 kilos of chicken.

3. 4 potatoes.

4. Biryani spices.

5. Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, Chilli Powder, Cardamom 5, Cinnamon 3-4, Clove 6-7 (Paste).

6. 5 tablespoons of ghee.

7. Rose water.

8. Salt and turmeric.

Los ingredientes que usé para hacer el biryani son-

1. El arroz basmati pesa alrededor de 600 a 700 gramos.

2. Aproximadamente 2 kilos de pollo.

3. 4 patatas.

4. Especias Biryani.

5. Jengibre, ajo, comino, chile en polvo, cardamomo 5, canela 3-4, clavo 6-7 (pasta).

6. 5 cucharadas de ghee.

7. Agua de rosas.

8. Sal y cúrcuma.
