Es muy sencillo de hacer y no necesita de muchos ingredientes. Puedes comerlo con un salsa, crema o con lo que quieras. Espero que les guste esta receta💛

Ingredientes:
• Harina de trigo.
• 1 Huevo.
• Manteca.
• Queso.
• Sal.
• Azúcar.
Ingredients:

Paso 1: En un recipiente echar la cantidad de harina que desees, yo en esta oportunidad usé medio kilo. Luego agregar el huevo, seguido de una cucharada de manteca, sal y azúcar al gusto.

Paso 2: Con las manos mezclar todos los ingredientes y amasar por un buen rato hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren bien.

Paso 3: Amasar la harina por un buen rato, el objetivo principal es que quede bien suave y sin grumos. De esta manera debe quedar.

Paso 4: Una vez que la masa esté lista, déjala reposar y empieza a picar el queso para rallar en tiras.

Paso 5: Después de unos minutos aproximadamente 40, ya la masa debería estar perfecta para empezar a trabajarla. Agarrar una bola de masa.

Paso 6: Estirala con un rodillo yo lo hice con esta máquina, pero puedes usar lo que quieras que sirva para estirar la masa.

Paso 7: Luego pica la masa en tiras.

Paso 8: Arma el tequeño de esta manera, montar el queso arriba de la masa, cubrir los dos lados y luego enrollar con el sobrante de la masa. Así debe ser el resultado.
