African salad or abacha in my native language,loved and enjoyed by many

Africa is been known for food productivity , agriculture if i must say, there are varieties of dishes in africa, Nigeria and Enugu state precisely.

I would want to teach us how to make African salad (abacha)dish and i would start by way of introduction,

I am faith Justin with the username @dlioness , i hails from Enugu state, Nigeria , i love well cooked food in as much as i love eating healthy.

Ingredients

  • Abacha(gotten from cassava)

  • Red oil

  • pepper(preffered fried by me)

  • Ehiri

  • Maggi(2cubes)

  • Onions(optional)

  • Fish(optional)

  • ugba

  • Crayfish(optional)

procedure

  • soak your abacha in hot water as it is dried for 1minute

  • pour inside sieve to remove water

  • allow to cool

  • pour in a pot or bowl for mixing

  • grind your pepper and ehiri

  • chop your onions

  • add your ingredients as listed above except fish

  • stirr until mixed well

  • serve with fish and garden egg vegetable if desired.

This is one of the fast foods in my state and its been served to visitors first before any other food, it is well served in my home town and loved by many.
