Eating at "Alma Cocina Viajera" restaurant - Third visit👍👍

As I told you in my First Visit and Second Visit, this is an Alicante restaurant specialized in Asian-Mediterranean fusion cuisine that is also one of my very favorites in alicante together with Maillard restaurant and, although they both work in the same fusion cuisine field, the whole thing is very different in this restaurant.

Ernesto Frutos, chef and owner, worked for many years under the orders of David Muñoz (recently recognized as the Best Chef in the World) at his worldwide famous DiverXo restaurant, so his cuisine is very original and elaborate.

They currently have a ⭐4.8 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5.

I need to try that lemon curd rice pudding looks sooo good!

For some people it's their favorite.
It has a crunchy surface because of some burnt sugar together with lemon curd drops and it's a good combination and a different style rice pudding.

oh my! sounds divine!!

Do they have chicken dumplings? I haven't tried eating some. I'm curious about lemon curd rice pudding.

Right now they don't have chicken dumplings on their menu but the good thing about Ernest is that you can ask him to cook you whatever you want, as he's also a private chef, so if you want chicken dumplings and let him notice it with few days in advance, he will make them for you, exclusively.

Oh wow I'm happy to know that.😍

I love especially the burrata, my mother in law is from Puglia they are famous for the burrata, but also the pork dumplings looks so good with the curry sauce.

That burrata from Puglia has to make the difference, for real; this one wasn't that good, for sure, but still the combination of ingredients was original and tasteful.
Ernesto is a great cook and that hot curry was one of the best I've ever had.
Everything fine around Italia then?
Regards!
