Located in Alicante city center (34 Bazán street), this is a restaurant with touches of an informal bar, which tries to recover traditional Spanish cuisine, adding some new elements to give it a touch of distinction and innovation, always at low prices (+/- €35 per person), and that's what made them achieving the Solete award ("neighborhood restaurants with an informal and daily menu where you should go to spend a good time and enjoy their cuisine") by Repsol Guide.
The founder of this restaurant is Carl Borg, Swedish-Andalusian chef, gastronomic consultant and business man, trained at the School of Hostery and Catering of Barcelona (best student of the 1995 class) that in the year 2000 was chosen Best Chef in Catalonia.
As a curious fact, this restaurant was part of an association together with SantaBar restaurant, where Carlos Borg and fellow chef Dani Frías became partners but one day, however, they both antagonized and, although they tried to distance themselves in relation to these two restaurants, the truth is that both restaurants keep on maintaining the same concept of cuisine and very similar dishes on their menu boards.
They currently have a ⭐4.4 rating on Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐4.

Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 5.5 points out of 10.
