This restaurant is placed inside a historic Alicante hotel by Hilton and although I heard they were pretty good I expected better results than what I got but, it's not bad at all, just they can improve some things.
They've a pretty good bar for cocktails and lately they hired an awarded group of barmen in the top 50 of the best cocktail barmen of Spain.
They currently have a ⭐4.6 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐3.
- The place looks fancy somehow.
- Craft lager beer "kellerbier" without filtering or pasteurizing and with its natural turbidity.
- Iberian Serrano ham croquette.
- Lobster bubble dog with beetroot hummus and Dijon mustard sided with yucca chips (1).

- Beef tenderloin puff pastry sandwich with Bearnaise sauce.
Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 5.5 points out of 10.
