Although the shell of this egg looks like a real one, it is edible, since it is made from maltodextrin by chefs.
The egg filling is made of a seasonal mushroom cream with black truffle and egg yolk; it on a bed of toasted bread crumble with berries.
An original one!

I've never seen again something like this dish anywhere.
In another restaurant we tried "rocks", totally looking like real river rocks, made of cheese cream, also original in a similar level to this egg.
