Hello!!!!! Greetings #foodiesbeehive friends a pleasure to be back today with an Amazing Recipe to prepare a delicious Lunch without SO many complications. POLLO Yes a delicious and Crunchy Chicken.
🍗 500 Gramos de Pollo Fresco En este caso use Muslos
🍗 60 gramos de Harina de Trigo
🍗 2 Huevos enteros
🍗 Orégano en Polvo (al Gusto)
🍗Pimienta Molida (al Gusto )
🍗Salsa de Soya
🍗Sal (al Gusto)
🍗2 Cucharadas de Salsa de Tomate
🍗Tomates y Cebollas para Acompañar
Ingredients to use:
🍗 500 grams of fresh chicken In this case use Thighs
🍗 60 grams of Wheat Flour
🍗 2 whole eggs
🍗 Oregano Powder (to taste)
🍗 Ground Pepper (to taste)
🍗 Soy sauce
🍗Sal (to taste)

Después de Lavar y desinfectar muy bien el pollo vamos a sazonar colocando las especies, la Sal y adicionalmente le haremos unos pequeños cortes para asegurarnos que se cocinara muy bien por dentro.

En Primer lugar lo vamos a Pasar por Harina

Y repetimos lo mismos con todos los muslos
And we repeat the same with all the thighs
Solo nos quedará Freír en aceite bien caliente
We will only have to fry in hot oil
Y al estar los muslo fritos, sacamos dejamos reposar y servimos
And since the thighs are fried, we take out, let it rest and serve
Servimos y colocamos el pollo a nuestro gusto. En mi caso coloque Tomates y Cebollas para Acompañar y la Salsa de tomate que no puede faltar cuando se comes pollo Crujiente
