I agree with fermented brother @fermentedphil, it's easy to be a hippie (it's not at all what he said), especially a dirty one 😄 but it take another level of dedication to be a classy, organic, clean, farm to table top chef, and it takes true hard work, also a very specific mindset, also you make it look so easy, when for most of us it would look like a messy moosh, got cheese everywhere spread on the tablecloth 😄
