This recipe is really easy to throw together, not like some of those all afternoon diy chicken stock + fresh noodle shenanigans. To get the deliciously creamy texture, I skipped out on both cream and condensed soup. I used skim milk and a few easy tricks to make the base of the soup a little healthier and a lot less processed.
