DELICIOUS AND VERSATILE FILLING RECIPE// DELICIOSO Y VERSATIL RELLENO [En/Sp]

HIve there, hola a todos!!!

To be honest, today's post comes from a failed attempt at a recipe for naturally fermented stuffed pasta. In truth the results of the pastas were a success but that day I was late for the preparation and the truth is that I was not satisfied with the result of the photos to make the post so I preferred to redo them to have better material to share.
The good thing is that during this weekend I will be redoing the recipe to take new photos and soon I will share them in a post.

However, as I had leftover filling and it is really very delicious, easy and versatile, after a day I prepared some mini pies that are the proof of what I said before, they were delicious and worth taking advantage of!

Without further ado, here are all the details.

Para ser honesta, el post de hoy surge del intento fallido de una receta de pastas rellenas fermentadas naturalmente. En verdad el resultados de las pastas fue un éxito pero ese día se me había hecho tarde para la preparación y lo cierto es que no quedé conforme con el resultado de las fotos para hacer el post así que preferí volver a hacerlas para tener mejor material para compartir.
Lo bueno es que durante este fin de semana estaré rehaciendo la receta para tomar nuevas fotos y próximamente compartirlas en un post.

Sin embargo, como me había sobrado relleno y es realmente muy delicioso fácil y versátil, al cabo de un día preparé unas mini tartas que son la prueba de lo que les afirmo anteriormente, quedaron deliciosas y vale la pena aprovechar!

Sin más preámbulos les comparto todos los detalles.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED? // QUE VAS A NECESITAR?

ENGESP
500 gr of ricotta.
1 bundle of spinach.
1 handful of parsley.
2 cloves of garlic.
50 gr of cracked walnuts.
Zest of 1 lemon.
1 dash of olive oil.
1 teaspoon of salt.
A little sugar.
500 gr de ricotta.
1 atado de espinaca.
1 puñado de perejil.
2 dientes de ajo.
50 gr de nueces partidas.
Ralladura de 1 limón.
1 chorro de aceite de oliva.
1 cdita de sal.
Un poco de azúcar.

AND NOW WHAT? // Y AHORA QUE?

Wash and chop the spinach, parsley, and garlic.
Combine all the ingredients and integrate.

The filling can be used for empanadas, pastas, pies, tarts. It can even be added to salads. It does not need cooking and is very versatile.
To assemble the tartlets I just bought empanadas dough and filled it, added some cream cheese for gratin.

El relleno te puede servir tanto para empanadas, pastas, tartas. Incluso para adicionar a ensaladas. No necesita cocción y es muy versátil.
Para armar las tartaletas sólo compré masa de empanadas y rellené, agregué un poco de queso cremoso para gratinar.
