Feliz viernes mis panitas espero que todos estén bien en esta oportunidad quiero presentarles un rico plato muy nutritivo y delicioso cómo es lomito guisado acompañado con ensalada roja, rodajas de aguacate y casabe espero que le guste esta receta.

1 zanahoria
2 remolacha

Preparación de la carne:
Debemos lavar bien la carne en una olla la agregamos la mitad de agua un toque de sal la ponemos al fuego y echamos la carne esperar a que se ablande también picamos en trocitos pequeños el pimentón, el ají dulce y la cebolla, lo agregamos a la carne revolvemos igual manera le ponemos el color el cúbito el orégano y la sal al gusto revolvemos, dejar en cocción por unos 15 minutos, quedando así como muestran las fotos.
