Hello friends of @hive, today I bring you my first post in this community, seeing that my mother was given this fish, I decided to make a small post, about how to bread the fish fillets.
INGREDIENTS
- Fish fillets.
- (2) beaten eggs.
- bread crumbs.
- Wheat flour
- Salt.
Steps:
-First of all, we wash the fish and dry it well.
- then we add the salt and pepper if you wish.
- Then we put the fish fillet in egg.
- After draining the egg we go through breadcrumbs.
- then we go through the wheat flour and let it rest for a while.
- Heat the oil very hot and fry the fish, remove and place on absorbent paper to remove the excess oil and ready to eat.

Hola amigos de @hive hoy les traigo mi primer post en esta comunidad, viendo que a mi mamá le regalaron este pescado decidí hacer un pequeño post, sobre cómo empanizar los filetes de pescado.
INGREDIENTES
- Filetes de pescado.
- (2) huevos batidos.
- pan rallado.
- Harina de trigo
- Sal.
Pasos:
-Primero que nada lavamos el pescado y secamos bien.
- luego le echamos la sal y pimienta si lo desea.
- Luego metemos el filete de pescado en huevo.
- luego de escurrir el huevo pasamos por pan rallado.
- luego pasamos por la harina de trigo y dejamos reposar un rato.
- calentamos el aceite bien caliente y ponemos a freír el pescado, sacamos y colocamos encima de papel absorvente para quitar el excedente de aceite y listo para comer.
