Hola amigos de hive espero se encuentren bien. Hoy voy a mostrarle como preparé raya guisada, este es un pescado que se consigue mucho por la costa de nuestro estado Sucre y es muy sabroso aunque hay que tener mucho cuidado a la hora de agarrarla si es que lo van a pescar porque tiene una puya que es muy peligrosa.

Lo primero que vamos hacer es sancochar la pulpa de la raya.

Una vez ya Sancochada, esperamos que se enfríe y se esmenuza. Luego picamos los ají, la cebolla el ajo y el tomate, lo procesamos en un picatodo el mío es manual. Si no tienes lo picas pequeñito. la idea es que no se vean los aliños en el pescado.

Cuando tengas los aliños picados pasamos al siguiente paso que es sofreirlos con la sal y el Onoto.

Una vez que esten casi sofritos los aliños echamos el cilantro, en particular a mi me gusta echarlos entero para que suelte todo su jugo y luego al terminar de cocinar lo retiro del guiso. Posteriormente se incorpora el pescado y se mueve constantemente para que no se pegue.
Once the seasonings are almost fried we add the cilantro, in particular I like to add it whole so that it releases all its juice and then when it finishes cooking I remove it from the stew. Then add the fish and stir constantly so that it does not stick.

Cuando el pescado este casi cocido le aplicamos un poquito de cubito seguimos removiendo por unos minutos más y listo.👌

En esta ocasión decidí comerlo con arepitas recién echas y quedó delicioso, de verdad que se lo recomiendo. Espero y se animen a prepararlo.
