Hoy les vengo a mostrar una sabrosa crema de auyama y facil de realizar.

Today I come to show you a tasty pumpkin cream that is easy to make.

INGREDIENTES:

• AUYAMA.
• Cebollin.
• Una cebolla.
• Una cabeza de ajo.
• Sal al gusto.
• Perejil.

INGREDIENTS:

• AUYAMA.
• Onion.
• One onion.
• One head of garlic.
• Salt to taste.
• Parsley.

PASO A PASO:

Picamos la auyama, el cebollin, el perejil, la cebolla, y el ajo.

STEP BY STEP:

Chop the pumpkin, onion, parsley, onion, and garlic.

Colocamos la auyama en una olla con agua, le echamos los aliños ya picados, la sal y el ajo.

Place the pumpkin in a pot with water, add the chopped seasonings, salt and garlic.

Ya que se haya aflojado bien la auyama y haya agarrado gusto, la empezamos a licuar.

Once the pumpkin has loosened well and has acquired taste, we start to blend it.
