Ingredientes:
  • 1/2 taza de arroz
  • 1 zanahoria
  • 1/2 pimentón
  • 1 salchicha
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 1/2 plátano maduro
  • Aceite vegetal
  • Sal

Esta es una de mis comidas favoritas, porque es un almuerzo o cena completo.

Para prepararlo, vamos a tomar una olla y vamos a lavar muy bien el arroz hasta que veamos que el agua sale limpia.

Lavamos los vegetales y procedemos a rallarlos en el caso de la zanahoria y a picarlos muy pequeñitos en el caso del pimentón y la cebolla.

Luego, le machacamos los dos dientes de ajo y picamos la salchicha, y sofreímos muy bien con un chorrito de aceite.

Después de sofreír bien nuestro arroz, le agregaremos 1 taza de agua de dejaremos cocinar a fuego medio.

Cuando esté secando el agua, revolveremos bien para que todo el arroz agarre el color de la zanahoria, y apagamos cuando esté totalmente seco.

Sólo nos queda freír unas rodajas de plátano y listo.
