Hola amigos de Hive, en esta oportunidad les traigo esta receta, un arroz sofrito estilo chino, con ensalada y plátanos fritos.

El primer paso, es preparar un arroz blanco y dejarlo reposar. Si tienes arroz del día anterior también te servirá.

Mientras se enfría nuestro arroz, prepararemos una ensalada con el tomate, la lechuga y la cebolla. Recuerden lavar bien estos vegetales, y agregar sal y un chorrito de vinagre que servirá para eliminar bacterias.
While our rice is cooling, we will prepare a salad with the tomato, lettuce and onion. Remember to wash these vegetables well, and add salt and a splash of vinegar that will serve to eliminate bacteria.
Ahora, picaremos en trozos pequeños el bistek y el muslo de pollo.

Luego, en un sartén sofreímos el cebollín, los ajíes, el pimentón y los germinados previamente picados.
