Intro

Vegetables and Fish are one of the main and regular meals of ordinary families in Bangladesh. But in various occasions or events, beef, chicken, mutton and other protein rich foods are organized. My family is no exception. We usually eat fish and vegetables. But during different occasions we cook different recipes with meat. So today I am going to share such a recipe with you. The dish that I will share with you today is beef khichuri.

About Kichuri

In fact, khichuri is one of our favorite food in our country. Khichuri means that which is cooked by mixing rice with pulses. However, if this khichuri is of a very simple format then only rice and pulses are available. But at other times when its taste is enhanced, different ingredients are ensured with it, then the name of this khichuri is matched with the ingredients. Such as egg khichuri, chicken khichuri, beef khichuri, mutton khichuri etc. But one of the most popular of these is beef kichuri because there are many who like it. And the price of beef in Bangladesh is a little higher than others. Mutton costs more than beef. So those who are middle class usually prefer chicken and beef. So let's see the recipe.

As I have seen in our Foodies Bee Hive community, the cook of Bangladesh is very varied and spicy, which I like, since I love the spices. This recipe is very interesting, because it is a mixture of meat, rice and potatoes, which looks delicious. Your post seems appropriate to me because you clearly indicate the quantities and the necessary procedure to prepare the dish, you also present us an introduction, a context, which is very important. Greetings.
