In Indonesia, porridge is one of the breakfast menus in the morning, not only that, there are various variants of porridge in Indonesia with various flavors of course. Apart from being one of the breakfast menus, porridge is also known as one of the legendary snacks in Indonesia. Almost every province has a variety of porridge menus for breakfast. Chicken porridge among them, this food is very familiar among the community. There is also green bean porridge, this variant is one of the easiest breakfast menus to find in my city, this porridge is available in almost every coffee shop as a breakfast menu.

Siapa yang tidak suka bubur, makanan yang cukup lezat disantap panas-panas ini memiliki cita rasa khas tersendiri. Di Indonesia, bubur menjadi salah satu menu sarapan di pagi hari, tidak hanya itu saja, ada ragam varian bubur di Indonesia dengan berbagai cita rasa pastinya. Selain menjadi salah satu menu sarapan, bubur juga dikenal sebagai salah satu jajanan legendaris di Indonesia. Hampir disetiap provinsi memiliki berbagai menu bubur untuk sarapan pagi. Bubur ayam diantaranya, makanan ini sangat familiar di kalangan masyarakat. Ada juga bubur kacang hijau, varian yang satu ini salah satu menu sarapan pagi yang paling mudah ditemui di kota saya, bubur ini tersedia hampir disetiap warung kopi sebagai menu sarapan pagi.

This time I didn't cook chicken porridge or green bean porridge. But the menu this time is glutinous rice porridge which I will cook at home and make a delicious breakfast for the family in the morning. I will share this sticky rice porridge recipe with foodies and please try it at home.

Ingredients

200 grams of black glutinous rice, wash clean and soak at least 3 hours, drain 1 liter of water, 350 grams of sugar, 3 pandan leaves, 200 ml coconut milk, sweet potato or jackfruit (if any).

Step

Cook water, glutinous rice, and pandan leaves over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 60 minutes until the sticky rice becomes soft and thickens. Enter the granulated sugar, cook again until the sugar dissolves and is cooked. Boil the coconut milk, pandan leaves, and salt while stirring until it boils. Don't let the coconut milk break. Prepare a serving bowl, pour the black sticky rice porridge. The black sticky rice porridge is ready to eat. Well, foodies are very easy, right, good luck at home.

Pada kali ini saya tidak memasak bubur ayam ataupun bubur kacang hijau. Namun menu kali ini adalah bubur beras ketan yang akan saya masak di rumah dan jadikan sarapan lezat bagi keluarga di pagi hari. Saya akan membagikan resep bubur ketan ini kepada foodies dan silahkan dicoba di rumah.

Bahan

200 gram beras ketan hitam, cuci besih dan rendam minimal 3 jam, tiriskan
1 liter air, 350 gram gula pasir, 3 lembar daun pandan, 200 ml santan kelapa, ketela atau buah nangka (jika ada).

Langkah

Masak air, beras ketan, dan daun pandan dalam api sedang sambil sesekali diaduk selama 60 menit hingga ketan menjadi lembut dan mengental. Masukkan gula pasir, masak kembali hingga gula larut dan matang. Rebus santan, daun pandan, dan garam sambil diaduk-aduk hingga mendidih. Jangan sampai santan pecah. Siapkan mangkuk saji, tuang bubur ketan hitam. Bubur ketan hitam pun siap disantap. Nah, foodies mudah sekali bukan, selamat mencoba di rumah ya.
