Enjoying free time at night and staying at home, of course, makes your stomach hungry. Wanting to go out to buy snacks was also in a hurry and I chose to prepare my own home-style food.
Fortunately, during this pandemic, the stock of instant noodles is in the cupboard, so I don't have to bother preparing the food menu.
What I need is also available in the refrigerator, such as noodle seasoning, soup and leek leaves, and tomatoes. It didn't take me long to prepare.
The materials needed are as follows:
- 3 packs of instant noodles
- Aceh Noodle Seasoning
- 1 leaf of leek soup
- Cooking oil
- Enough water
The way to cook it is also very easy and doesn't take too long.
Prepare a frying pan, pour cooking oil and start to stir-fry the Aceh Noodle seasoning with the leek soup leaves and chopped tomatoes.
Saute until cooked, then pour enough water, depending on taste if you want to increase the gravy. I just have enough and not too much.
Then open the pack of instant noodles, and pour it into the pan. Stir well and let it sit for a few minutes.
Instant noodles are ready to be served as an evening snack with the family, give some crackers as a complement.
